- If you require transportation from hotel to airport or port, specify the pick-up time at least 2 hours before departure.
- The driver will meet the guests at the airport or port. For transfers from your hotel, the driver will pick you up from your hotel.
- Having passed through customs and the baggage claim area, passengers will be welcomed by the driver holding a sign with your name on it.
- Please inform us when making the reservation if children are being transported, so that we may provide the appropriate seating (baby or booster seats).
